Usually, your first concern would be to request an accurate estimate for the repair of your laptop. Unlike most other repiai centres, we will commit to a quote stated over the phone. The vast majority of the time, we only charge £75 to repair your laptop mothebroard. In very few more complex cases, whereby an additional part which has not been built into the standard cost of the repair, we will quote you a price for that part and you will have the option to proceed or not. Therefore, you know exactly what you will be paying when the laptop is fixed. Remember, you do not pay us a penny if we can not repair the fault specified.
An optional third-party courier service for the collection of your laptop for a repair or an estimate is provided at £20 + VAT. This charge includes the collection of the machine from and return delivery back to you. Just give us a call on 0845 365 1506 to arrange a collection at your convenience.
