We at ACi believe in honesty, fairness and value for money to all of our customers. Unlike other Laptop Repair Centres, we offer a genuine NO FIX NO FEE POLICY.
Take this hypothetical example. There may have been occasions when your machine has given you a problen and you take it to a Laptop Repair centre, who claim to employ a No Fix No Fee policy. They then tell you that your machine has a motherboard fault which they can rectify. All is good news...or so it appears. They then inform you that they can "repair" the machine by replacing the whole motherboard at a cost which, astonishingy, can be almost equivalent to the price of a new machine altogether, which is economically viable. This is where their supposed no fix no fee policy starts to become somewhat maleable. They then tell you that, as they provide a solution to your problem, and you chose not to go ahead with the repair, their no fix no fee policy does not apply, because they could have fixed the machine. By replacing it, NOT repairing it. They consequently charge you a "diagnostic or inspection fee" for identifying the problem. You are now out of pocket and your machine is none the better. It is downright unethical.
WE, AT ACI, EMPLOY A STRICT AND NON-NEGOTIABLE NO FIX NO FEE POLICY WHICH IS DESIGNED TO BENEFIT THE CUSTIOMER AND SAVE THEM MONEY!!!
We operate a strict policy whereby if we cannot FIX the machine, we do not charge. As we have the most state-of-the-art equipment on site, we are able repair the individual faults on a motherboard which other repair centres say they cannot. We do not charge diagnostic or inspection fees. If we cannot fix the machine and it does require a whole new motherboard, we can also provide, upon request, a quote for that motherboard. Should you choose not to go ahead with the replacement motherboard, we still do not charge you anything, as we didn't initially fix your machine.
We stand by our word, such is our confidence and faith in our ability to fix your machine.

An Example of our No Fix No Fee Process.
1. Customer A contacts us, either via email or phone. We quote a flat fee of £75 + VAT as the cost for a Laptop Motherboard Repair. As we operate a 'No Fix No Fee', this is only payable once the machine has been repaired.
2. If Customer A is unable to deliver the machine personally to our offices, we offer a third-party courier service. Should they use this servie, we will arrange a collection of the shipment at their convenience, As this is a third-party service, the £20 + VAT charge for this service is payable when arranging the collection. At the time and date specified, our nominated courier will collect the laptop.
3. Once we receive the laptop, we shall endeavour to commence repair within that day, subject to queues.
4. In the instance where the laptop is not repairable, we shall inform you. At this point, we can either return the machine back to you or provide a quote for a new motherboard upon request.
5. If a quote for a new mothebroard is requested and subsequently rejected, we shall simply send the laptop back to you without a fee for inspection or any further charge.
SO YOU WOULD NOT PAY A PENNY FOR ANY ATTEMPTED REPAIR OF YOUR MACHINE OR ANY REJECTION OF QUOTE FOR A NEW MOTHERBOARD!
